Blood thirsty baby killers
Baby killers?
I must be talking about soldiers, right? War criminals who shoot villagers and kill their kids?
That is what the lefty college hippies with pink and green braids paint on their staples brand protest signs... right?
Well, WRONG.
I am not writing about our men and women in uniform. I would not dream of labelling an entire profession of warriors war criminals and murderers. Most of them would never kill a child or follow orders to do so. I stand among their numbers and know this to be true.
No, I am writing about the industrial baby killers.
The abortion on demand (AOD) lobby.
What do I mean by abortion on demand? I mean the advocates of abortion who claim it is a woman's right to kill her unborn for whatever reason she (can be convinced) is valid.
Not to save her life (always legal), but to save her bank account or her career. To save her parents shame, or her boyfriends reputation, or her marriage from infidelity. The AOD lobby doesn't even care if abortion is used as a birth control measure in a culture that promotes promiscuity and premarital sex in the classroom.
Their entire argument, they claim, is about 'choice'. The child inside the woman - even if it has a penis - is just part of the woman, they say. Case after case of the most horrific kind have surfaced in this industry. 'Doctor' Kurt Gosnell in Philadelphia being the latest.
To the advocates having an abortion is not different than having a tumour removed.
In fact they refuse to even call the baby a baby. Instead it is named by it's developmental stage; it becomes a foetus. A human foetus, but merely a part of a woman's anatomy.
A human being perhaps, but not yet a legal 'person'. It would be akin to saying newborns aren't people.
In fact that is EXACTLY what they are now saying.
Now that abortion has become a legal INDUSTRY that generates hundreds of millions (much of it tax payers money), they have raised the bar - much like opponents have being said they would for decades.
As science has progressed and the facts surrounding human development in the womb clearly proves the humanity and rapid development of the unborn, these people have turned the scientific and ethical reality on it's head: Instead of conceding a horrible error and opposing the industry, they argue that if an unborn child is a baby, they state, then killing babies should be legal too.
This evil madness is spreading.
We hear legal and academic arguments all over the 'civilized' (read hedonist) regions of the world that newborns and even infants should be put on their kill list. (see a quick google of the a mere handful of the advocates)
They argue that because an infants brain (the materialist soul) is not functioning like an adults that they are not legally 'persons', and that it should therefore be legal for the mother to have that child killed in much the same way you can have a dog or cat put 'to sleep'. Their actual soul? Their worth? Not even considered. These people do not believe in such things. Their God is wealth and power over others.
If a child is difficult, has disabilities or 'disorders' -the advocates claim - it is a kindness to 'put them down'. But this, they argue, is still to restrictive. It is about 'choice' remember? So any reason is good enough to legally kill your newborn or toddler, provided it is done by one of their 'professionals'.
If appeased, these measures would make Gosnell's case moot. His snipping of delivered babies spines would be perfectly okay by law.
The laws of these lands protect freedom of speech they preach this in our courts, universities, and even in medical journals - with no consequence. An idea that would have seen them hung by a mob only fifty years ago is now 'respectable'.
Our younger generations are being indoctrinated into thinking this is 'normal'.
Killing toddlers is now a real, legal debate.
If a reader of this post does not see murder of babes as evil, I would urge them to look into the eyes of their child, their young siblings, or relatives and imagine what it would be like to come home one day and discover that their relatives, spouse or partner had killed their little one.
If you still see no wrong in THAT you yourself are utterly lost.
I ask such people to come back into the fold of humanity. A person who calls other humans (including our babies) things or animals is LESS than an animal themselves. You sell your soul (humanity, if you like) for a blatant lie. Wake up and become human again.
If, on the other hand, the idea of desperate women being convinced that the killing of their OWN infants is just and moral, is an act of evil: Allow me to sink into another deep pit of hellish thought.
Currently there are legal arguments being made in Florida by the biggest abortion provider in the western world: Planned Parenthood.
These arguments state that if one of the many botched late term abortion results in the live birth of the child that is wrong to legally ensure that child receives medical attention. They are arguing that the decision of whether the child (now born and conscious) should be killed or not should be up to the 'mother and the doctor'. This works well for them, as it becomes more and more apparent that many late term abortions are exactly what is in question here. Baby is delivered and killed in cold blood. (The 'kind' and currently legal - in most areas- alternative is having their little heads caved in and sucked out my a machine.)
Having survived the infanticidal dementia of the mother and the bloody lucre of the 'doctor' , the child is to be killed in it's first moments of consciousness. When she should be mewling and snuggling on mummy's breast she will be injected with noxious chemicals and die terrified and alone, and the hands of a professional butcher of human beings.
This, in the eyes of the abortion industry, is just and moral.
This is a 'right' and this is a 'choice'.
I should also note: There is also a very real racial and sexual element to this. The children being 'aborted' are by vast majority black children and girls in general.
The industry operates full steam in the urban 'black ghettos' and among the more affluent classes sex selective abortion is rampant. Baby girls are aborted so the wealthy parents can 'try again' for a son.
Sound like something from Red China or Nazi Germany, folks? Sure it does, but it isn't.
It is the UNITED STATES. The 'leaders of the free world'.
Canada, my own home I have served and love.
The EU, in the cradle of western civilization.
Even in Israel, the land of the exodus - and the sanctuary of the very people who escaped the Nazi holocaust.
Our TAX dollars are paying for these ghouls to make their insane arguments and carry on their evil, bloody work.
Evil has no borders, no boundaries.
It is alive and well among our own peoples, and if normal people like you and me do not begin to speak out about this ever growing sacrifice of innocent life - it will continue to flourish and bloom among us.
Already we see the same arguments of death being forwarded about the sick, weak, and elderly.
Even if your motivations are selfish or nationalistic you must ask yourself: How long can such an empire of blood and lust last? How long till an honest and moral culture cuts our decadent, weak, selfish and murderous shadow of a civilization to bits?
We must change this path, or it will be changed for us.
Mark my words on this.
Finally I will add a personal note: Many of you reading this will think because I am Christian this is my religious view; that I am part of a camp of extreme thought fostered in religious circles.
I assure you: That is totally untrue.
I was 'pro choice' for more than half my life.
I was a dupe too, despite my faith and being a father.
I will agree my stance is consistent with Christian thought, but it does not require one to be a Christian; simply HUMAN and aware.
It is the SCIENCE and the act educating myself on what an abortion really is and looks like that has opened my eyes. Most people never see the results of an abortion. Most people never see the human toll on the mother. I have now seen both. I cannot relate that horror.
But I can react to it, and I have. I now stand firmly with the child's (human) rights, and not with those of selfish, bloody, convenience.
Again, I implore you on this Easter weekend and during this Passover: Speak up.
Open your eyes and see what is being done in every city and town across the free world.
Listen to and read the words of these blood thirsty, selfish, people. See for yourself the future they 'plan' for our children and grandchildren. Hear from the horse's mouth what they have in store.
Be brave and look at the images of the slaughtered innocents (WARNING: EXTREMELY GRAPHIC IMAGES).
Speaking out will not make you popular with many 'liberal' friends, I know.
But it must be done. They must hear it too.
We (conservatives, libertarians, liberals, socialists etc) all have very different visions of what society should be like - but we ALL love our children. We all want to see the children happy and well. Liberals have been lied to. They need to be shown the truth, too.
Remember: Do not become violent against the advocates of death, or you play into their hands. These people seek to paint us all as extremists, religious nutjobs, and terrorists. They seek to draw us into their realm of madness.
If we are to do this we must seek life, as they defend death.
We must seek to change the law, while they seek to enrich themselves to killing the young, old, weak, sick, unborn and mentally handicapped.
We must fight evil with goodness, not violence and more death.
Rather, speak out, vote against, and DEMAND action against this industry of innocent blood. Demand that your tax monies do not fuel their sacrificial pyre.
Demand an accounting for those people who run this industry and promote it as 'women's rights' and choice, while contributing to a global femicide and conditioning a generation of people to react with hostility when abortion is even QUESTIONED or discussed.
Further, teach your children that sex and love must go together; and that child rearing is a great responsibility. Teach them that the taking of innocent life is the most horrible transgression against humanity and God, and should only occur under the most extreme circumstances - when it cannot be avoided. In doing so you can counter the poison being fed to them by the advocates of death.
For the babies, infants, the unborn and all that is decent and good, I beg you dear readers: Wake up and stand against these killers of babes and would be killers of little children before it is too late.
May God bless you and keep you this Easter weekend.
May He watch over us in this struggle for what is good and right.
May He take the souls of these innocents speedily to His side.
May you all have a wonderful holiday, which ever you celebrate, with your children and grandchildren.
Give them an extra hug and remember all those little ones that did not make it to mother's arms.

The Scole Experiments
Bizarre experiments to prove the afterlife.
A lot of it strikes me as weird and dangerous, but I have to admit they did get some startling results.
An interesting documentary for those who enjoy a 'spooky' look into the dark.
Enjoy!
...just not too much.

The Seventh Seal - Ingmar Bergman
One of my all time favourite films is available to watch in full on youtube!
A Bergman classic, it deals with some of the deepest philosophical questions facing the faithful.
Theodicy being the main theme. A real hard look into the 'dark night of the soul' and a fine contrast between futility and purpose, the knowing and unknowing.
Beautifully filmed with an exquisite plot line and acting.
A real must see for any lover of cinema.
NOTE: If you watch it see how Antonius Block finally gets meaning by tricking death.
HINT: In the woods near the end and has to do with the actor and his family.

Massacre in Wisconsin
![]() |
While yet living die, and in dying to this life be born anew, never to be born again.
From Oudhak Samund Salal Kee- |
My hopes and prayers for the victims and their families.
No one should forget while we all ponder the reasons and motivations of the killer - there are real people who have really been hurt and killed.
For these true victims of this horrible crime, our deepest sympathies.
May God keep you and give you the strength to keep on.
This incident is disturbing on many levels.
I have read about it from several sources now and the more I read the more instant superficial clarity is spun, and the murkier the killer's background becomes.
Two things jump out of the text at me, for a number of reasons.
This on FOXNEWS:
"According to sources in the U.S. Army, Page enlisted in April 1992 and was given a less-than-honorable discharge in October 1998. He served at Fort Bliss, Texas, in the psychological operations unit in 1994, and was last stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C.,attached to the psychological operations unit." [my emph]
Of course the whole 'beware the vets' theme that is so popular in media is there, and that is what is being stressed. But as you can see where I have added bold the text is where the real red meat is...or should I say Soylent Green, or maybe Kool Aid? Certainly a rabbit hole - and one I am glad I have not duty attached to!
With the killer himself shot dead, there will be no definite answers....but ALWAYS questions.
The conspiracy nuts will have a field day with this one - and so they should!
The second thing to 'jump out' was actually slipped in BEFORE the psyops BOMBSHELL, and was this:
"[..]and what [the attack/mass murder] the FBI is treating as an act of domestic terrorism in the temple, in the Milwaukee suburb of Oak Creek."
Domestic terrorism?
A horrific mass murder in a Temple (apparently by a lone bigot) is to be equated with an attack on the national infrastructure by a subversive (ie revolutionary) or covertly hostile (ie foreign operated cells) group?
Are we to believe the foul, murderous acts of one man - now shot dead - with no connections is 'domestic terror'?
Or is the inference that he was/is not alone? That he does have connections?
If so, to WHO or WHAT?
.......
The psyops connection? Sheer coincidence, I am sure.

The Colorado Shootings and the Nature of Evil
It has been a while since I have had the time or inclination to post.
I apologize to my loyal readers for this, but it could not be avoided. I do have several pieces to add in the next while, including some more instalments in my 'History of Evil' series.
But....
This recent incident in Colorado has got me thinking and writing on my various facebook pages, blogs, BB's and such about the nature of what drives men to commit such acts.
In a thought provoking back and forth with some friends on a FB profile I came up with this little blurb.
It is rather concise and does not truly express my entire opinion on the subject, but I do think it reflects my reaction to this horrific incident quite well; and so is worth reproducing with some minor editing on the Faustian.
Evil is elemental. It is a CHOICE to indulge evil whims, fancies, and acts. Evil is no more a fairy tale than free will or the mind.
Saying someone is 'ill' or insane when they do something like this is hiding your head in the sand. The act is evil and done by a person who has COMMITTED himself to an evil instinct.
We al have our crosses to bear, we all have feelings of discontent and that is when evil attempts to seep in. It pulls at us, begs us to do the worst we possibly can. To lash out, to hurt, to sneer, to lie, distort, to steal others hard work, to kill others and ourselves in the most horrible and cruel ways. Even to value our life as NOTHING. Evil is futility and the conditional worship of one's self. It is the embracing of purposelessness and the meaninglessness of other people's lives and emotion.
Evil is as real as you or I, [commenter's screen name]. Pretending it is not real opens you to it. It makes you both blind to it and susceptible to it's temptations.
We CHOOSE evil or good ALL the time.
The subjectivity you display is dangerous; and most of all to yourself. There is a VERY old saying 'The biggest lie the devil ever told was to convince the peoples he did not exist'. Only evil wants you to think there is no evil. Evil is the forces that compels people to fear it so much they want to pretend it does not exist or is a subjective term. Why? So they can freely engage in 'do what thou wilt' and not struggle with their conscience and morality.
Think about it: Is there such a thing as 'good'? Can people be good people? Can people do acts of goodness? If so, how do we judge and contrast that good? Answer: with EVIL. They are two polar opposites in the moral spectrum. Why is goodness not hidden? Why is it so apparent? Why is goodness something mankind cherishes? These questions cannot be shrugged off with materialistic 'hows' and false reason. They are philosophical questions about the one immaterial force we ALL know exists: The mind. Deny choice, the mind, good and evil - and what is left but an instinctive automated drone that seeks pleasure and avoids pain? If that is all man is, then what is wrong with what this murderer did? If it pleasures him to kill, then what is the problem if he shoots a baby at point blank range? The baby, is after all not good, or innocent, or anything but just another thing.
[Another commenter's screen name]gave an excellent breakdown of why this man is evil and why the act he committed was one of cold, calculated, ever-selfish evil.
As for people being born 'neutral', the word is innocent folks.
There is no neutrality, only free will: Choice. Grey is a mix of shades, not an absence of evil or good. That absence of mind is called death. Only the corpse is neutral.
The mind is all about will, choice, and decisions.
They are born with potential to do both good and evil. Anyone who has had a baby or small child in their care will tell you they are all 'good' little things. They are inclined to good, but are tempted by evil.
The baby, like all people, often succumbs to mild evils like selfishness. But it has not built up in them and grown in strength to the point it can drive them to truly evil behaviour.... not in most children anyway. I will concede there are very rare exceptions to this; but, generally children inhabit a cherished state of innocence.
They may choose. As they grow they accumulate those choices. It is the balance of these ideas that makes us who we are. It is our reaction to the good and evil we see and do that moulds us into our morality. A man who revels in evil and eventually comes to see goodness as weakness is EVIL. It is easy for a good man to become evil, but much harder for a man swamped in evil to become a good man.
Evil is the easy path with immediate reward, but that destroys the mind in the long term. Evil leads to solitude and hate. It destroys the will.
Good is the hard path that's reward is in itself. It leads to love and community. It leads to freedom and loyalty of the kind that evil may never have: Loyalty to OTHERS.
A man who aims to be good, strives to be kind -even at the cost of his personal pleasure or well being- is a good man. The evil man sees only his own efforts as good (ie is subjective in morality), and all others as competition. He is jealous, deceives (even himself) and is never (or very rarely) sorry for the wrongs he commits. He seeks to destroy goodness and innocence. He hates what he cannot have.
A good man knows he is imperfect, feels he could do MORE good than he does, and pities the evil man for his blindness - even though he is the enemy in the truest sense. The good man sees mercy as a strength. He seeks to free the evil man from the evil.
Some evil men are barely evil, they don't even understand it. [Which grips them]
Some good men are barely good, always failing and crawling back to position.
Many swim back and forth between these two border lands that could be described as shades of grey.
In fact, I would dare say most of us fall into these categories.
I know I often do. But I STRIVE to be good. I want to be good. In the very least that tells me NOT to kill babies, not to slaughter innocents, not to hurt, rape, steal, and defile the sanctity of others minds.
So, [original commenter's screen name] when you say he has 'gone over the edge', I suspect you mean madness. I agree he has gone over, but not to insanity. He is not talking to unicorns or running about nude. His mind has gone over alright - but to evil. Can he ever come back? Not easily. Not from the point he is at.... and I do not think it is worth the risk to give him the chance. Throw away the key for this one, is my take.
I apologize to my loyal readers for this, but it could not be avoided. I do have several pieces to add in the next while, including some more instalments in my 'History of Evil' series.

The History of Evil: A Series.
One of the reasons for publishing this blog has been to convey some ideas that are not too popular, sometimes a little scary, and often occupy what is known as the 'fringe' of modern science, sociology, philosophy, and mainstream historical or political works.
I have not always been a soldier, or worked in the security apparatus.
I have, however, always been a lover of history. I suspect I always will be.
In fact, I hold several degrees in that field.
Even when I am immersed in duties such as the above, I find release or escape in my studies.
I love my histories. My history therapy.
During the (now) years of academic and private research into various fields of study ranging from philosophy, to occultism, to anthropological studies of aboriginal island cultures, to medieval military orders, to mesoamerican migrations I have often found myself wondering at the moral nature of man.
The age old question of evil was one of the most intriguing and horrifying at once.
Theodicy, the question of how a good universe or a God could allow for evil to occur became an interest.
Notes were made.
Conversations recorded.
Ideas began to form.
My personal opinions and beliefs began to take shape only after some considerable time in which I tried to stay as 'open' as possible to new ideas and concepts. I wanted truth, not consolation. I wanted to understand, not fall back into the intellectual malaise of apathy.
Sometimes I found myself altering my 'inherited' or traditional forms, sometime reinforcing them.
I was sanely and logically able to rationalize and reconcile evil with just the slightest faith in purpose or meaning.
As long as there was a purpose, evil could safely be .
This was a pretty easy first step.
Without purpose there could be no evil (or good)- just random chance and the lens of perspective.
But purpose is clearly found in many things. Purpose is not only logical, and demonstrable - it is also experiential. And thus with purpose accepted, evil is defined.
We know we have a reason, or purpose for being and it is equally clear to all functional minds that evil is apparently contemptuous of that purpose.
Even, it could be said, counter to purpose.
So in it's opposition to purpose, evil finds itself locked in the paradox : It too is enthralled to purpose. It immediately undermines itself, almost as if in spite of itself.
In seeking to defeat the ultimate purpose, it becomes the arch purpose and the paradox is born.
Here and many times more we seem to encounter a personality(s) associated with evil.
Is this a mirage or projection, or as our traditions suggest is there a Devil?
A tragic court of demonic minds?
This too, will be a common thread in this series of posts.
The nature of evil. The various ideas and ideals associated with it, and some of my own experiences and how they made me view these spooky aspects of a dark subject.
We will see time and again how evil never wastes a chance to diminish and even destroy itself.
Always this evil, this force majeure or devil remained there.
Ever potent, or perhaps more properly 'anti-potent'.
Waiting to rob potential.
To destroy any choice and chance it may destroy.
It stands as a contrast to the purpose.
Like a shadow cast on a bright ridge in the snow.
Even in the blinding light, the shadow defines the ridge. Despite the dune field of white snow, the deep blue sky and searing sun - we only see the shadow. It grabs us with it's darkness.
I began to wonder what parameters drove evil.
Why it's shadows are cast? Why are so many of us drawn into them?
Could it be predicted? To what ends it works....
As I had in my more mainstream studies, and indeed in much of my 'security' work, I began to see patterns. To locate outcomes and reverse the flow of events.
To follow the current of evil to the river, and then to it's sources.
To do a sort of 'history of evil'.
A kind of play book for the work of darkness.
By studying it's specifics, I mean to come to understand it's anti-purpose and it's methods.
What I found was a thread of events, personalities, conflicts, and barbarous 'traditions' and 'movements' that permeated the history and mythology of mankind.
Evil seemed a kind of arrogant 'grand work' that seems to flourish and culminate in the destruction of potential, hope, and happiness. It seems to be guided. Intelligent, and incredibly envious.
A kind of project in fear, despair, futility, greed, rage, lust, and sadism.
A projects designed to undermine some other, greater, work.
Follow me then - if you dare- deep into the river of evil.
Find it's source and discover why it winds the way it does.
In understanding it, you may better come to understand what 'work' it seeks to undermine and who it seeks to destroy - including itself and all those that support it.
In understanding learn how to detect, avoid, and reduce evil when it's inky shadow enters your world.
In seeing the shadow, learn the direction of the light.

A Metallic hymn....
One of my favourite genres of music is 'heavy metal'. I enjoy it. In all it's myriad forms.
What is largely unkown about many of the best bands is that they right their music from the perspective of belief. The GOOD stuff is good precisely because it entails an understanding of a topic. The reason it chills the soul is because it is supposed to. Like a good horror story, it is often about the madness that evil entails.
But sometimes the best of the best remove the mask and give clear contrast to the Evil they so often tell of.
Judas Priest did just that with this gorgeous little ditty.
WARNING: LOUD GUITAR SOLOS, SCREAMING, and CHRISTIANITY involved.
Enjoy!

The Beast of the Golden Dawn
In the history of Heresy, anti-religious sentiment, and outright paganism there are a few modern names that jump out at the reader. None could be more infamous than Aleister Crowley.
Self described as 'The Beast 666' and a practiser of sorcery and ritual bestiality he would become known to his contemporaries as 'The Wickedest Man in the World'.
Crowley was born the son of a preacher, and raised in a religiously devout home. He seemed, in his childhood, bound for the same path.
Upon the death of his father, whom he worshipped, Crowley felt utterly betrayed by religion and God, and decided to embark on a path that would lead him to eventual ruin in every way conceivable.
Crowley was not an atheist, nor a nihilist - he believed in 'Magik'. He joined an exclusive society known as the Golden Dawn, and practised his 'art' to such an extent he was elevated to the highest ranks, until he decided it was not enough.
Crowley wanted to pursue the darkest of arts, 'free' of the flimsy moral constraints such organizations seemed to adhere to. In order to do this he broke with the 'Dawn', and eventually formed his own cult of acolytes and followers called the Temple of Thelema.
His story is as infamous as it is otherworldly.
I will be writing a piece on his ideas soon, and in my research I found this excellent documentary which is freely available on YOUTUBE (at least in my region).

the Aristocrat
On one of my favourite blogs (egnorance) Dr Egnor posted an all time favourite poem by the master intellect, G.K. Chesterston.
It's infernal subject could not be more appropriate for our Faustian crowd!|
Chesterton: the Aristocrat
G.K. Chesterton, from The Catholic Thing:
"There are souls more sick of pleasure than you are sick of pain."
The lures of Satan are subtle, often, and he woos with pleasure. Sometimes suffering is healthier, as Christianity has always taught. Chesterton at his best.
The Aristocrat
The Devil is a gentleman, and asks you down to stay
At his little place at What’sitsname (it isn’t far away).
They say the sport is splendid; there is always something new,
And fairy scenes, and fearful feats that none but he can do;
He can shoot the feathered cherubs if they fly on the estate,
Or fish for Father Neptune with the mermaids for a bait;
He scaled amid the staggering stars that precipice, the sky,
And blew his trumpet above heaven, and got by mastery
The starry crown of God Himself, and shoved it on the shelf;
But the Devil is a gentleman, and doesn’t brag himself.
O blind your eyes and break your heart and hack your hand away,
And lose your love and shave your head; but do not go to stay
At the little place in What’sitsname where folks are rich and clever;
The golden and the goodly house, where things grow worse for ever;
There are things you need not know of, though you live and die in vain,
There are souls more sick of pleasure than you are sick of pain;
There is a game of April Fool that’s played behind its door,
Where the fool remains for ever and the April comes no more,
Where the splendour of the daylight grows drearier than the dark,
And life droops like a vulture that once was such a lark:
And that is the Blue Devil that once was the Blue Bird;
For the Devil is a gentleman, and doesn’t keep his word.
"There are souls more sick of pleasure than you are sick of pain."
The lures of Satan are subtle, often, and he woos with pleasure. Sometimes suffering is healthier, as Christianity has always taught. Chesterton at his best.

The Second Death
This is a cross post in the form of a response on the egnorance blog reproduced here due it it's infernal nature.
It is the lengthy response to an exchange between myself and a self professed materialist 'KW'.
KW had responded to a post that described the Christian (Theist in general) Love for God.
KW wrote this in what I would describe as an attempt at mocking the irrelevance of organized religion or morality to his world view.
"So all it takes to get into heaven is good deeds. Great! I'm good to go!"
Theology? I had no idea, KW!
It takes LOVE, not just good deeds. Real OBJECTIVE good. Not 'playing nice'.
Look, KW, I realize you are not being serious and you are totally set in your views...but I will respond for others who may be more flexible in their ideas and who may stumble across this exchange. I will attempt to be as secular and broad/simple in my terms as possible - so folks can understand me.
In Christianity, the motive for your being 'good' is what is central.
You must want, understand and LOVE being good - REAL, objective good.
You must respectfully and happily live out the will of the 'Father' of all things.
Kindness, mercy, forgiveness, altruism must be your GOAL; your end not your means.
You must attune to the 'word' (or signal, maybe even 'thought'- if you like) of morality that is an inherit part in all things, and recognized and conveyed into physical reality by human will and intuition.
In Christianity, our theology teaches us the creed of Love.
We LOVE the Father, and ALL of His creation. We are of him, and he is within us.
Merely avoiding evil and being civilized are seen as normal, expected hazards to the course.
An Example by contrast:
A man may do an evil thing due to his desires, fears, or lust; but, later realizes he has done evil and therefore repents. It is believed that this man can make amends or penance, and that he is ultimately forgiven for his human weakness, so that he may enter a state of 'grace' and this leads him to what is often described as an 'afterlife' in modern language- but would more properly be described as REAL-life or even the maturation of being. He is transformed by his Love and the will of God into something more than he was before. In common terms this is described as 'Heaven'.
OR...
Another man does just as many good deeds, but is consistently, quietly, and unrepentantly evil in some matters.
This Second Man does much less than resist, and he NEVER feels guilty or shamed by his immorality. He actually enjoys the rebellion of it. The immorality appeals to him, as he sees morality as a CAGE. This begs the question: Will he be forgiven? To this the only answer is another question: 'Will he ask to be forgiven?'
If not where is he destined for after the material world is done with him? After 'death'.
We can only speculate... most of us. But there is a wisdom and a history of thought we can draw from. If I draw from the Scripture of my faith, and from a certain instinct or intuition I am hard pressed to (and somewhat reluctant) to identify: I don't think it's a positive outcome.
I get the feeling that: 'It's not good to be evil.'
In fact, there are a thousand plus interpretations of this understood truth in the Christian faith alone. What it means, who is who etc. But there is a recognition of culpability and the need to atone for it. There is an escape hatch for sinners.
In the broader faith community there are different angles on this truth again. Some quite severe, others almost passive. But our second man does not give a hoot about ANY of that. The rules are made to be broken, not obeyed or even bent. The various faithful and obedient will vary in style of worship and even ritual, but Evil always wears the same garb. Always manifests the same desires.
I DO know what our second man would generally hope for the length of their whole lives in this
respect. They will and enforce a view/hope that there is NOTHING.
No meaning, no purpose, no afterlife, no God, no real morality, no Judgement of worth... nothing. That all is futile, so you may as well 'enjoy' life.
But, what do they mean by 'enjoy'? It seems that usually translates into 'DEFILE' in some way. To make a hobby, career or even life's work of rejecting and pushing back the objective laws of morality.
What does that mean for them?
There are many interpretations from many hundreds of years of theological study... but there is one that jumps out at me: 'The Second Death'.
The Lord, being merciful, may give our second man over to the sum of all his hopes and desire: NOTHING. Could he be deleted from the book of life by his own desire? To have never have been, in the here after. To literally cease to exist.
To be 'digital' about it, as so many of my young associates and my son can often be (in language, anyway) we could phrase the ideas as like being self-removed by a reality 'patch' in the next, improved level of existence. A corrected glitch, removed from the alpha code process leaving only properly functioning algorithms to pass into the next, refined reality with exact and perfect purpose.
It may seem to the reader that much of what I have written here is of a personal perspective on specific interpretation of metaphysical and religious ideas on the immaterial; they would be correct. That is all I have. It is all any of us have.
But, it is a whole UNIVERSE more than the NOTHING that is monistic materialism and it's theological whore: Atheism.
